The ever elusive foreplay. This word is a compound word, 'fore' meaning before not four meaning four minutes. Ha ha ha

And Play, well that is self explanitory!

Why is foreplay so important? Women are not usually in the mood in the spur of the moment, does it ever happen that way? Sure, but not typically! Women are complex, they have alot running through their minds constantly, work, things to get done at home, kids, etc.

In order to help women into that playful mood, men need to understand that foreplay is the key to a great evening with their lover! Below are a few ideas to help you get started. Be creative, knowing her likes and dislikes is important. And above all COMMUNICATE!

• tasting (kisses, licking, etc)
• hearing (really pay attention to the other person's words and sounds)
• watch your mate - read his / her body language!

These foreplay activities help bring the anticipation levels high. For women it is the time for us to let go of the day's activities and events from our busy minds and let the attraction to our partner take over. Men are more like microwaves, turned on quickly. Women can be microwaves at times, but not very often. We are more like slow cookers. It takes longer for us to get warmed up and ready!

Some things to do to make your foreplay fun and exciting are to start early in the day with flirty looks, little teasing notes, a text message during the day letting your partner know you are thinking about them, bring her home a single flower, etc. Get creative!
